This policy explains what information Fallen Media collects through fallenmedia.com, why we collect it and what you can do about it.
This website is run by Fallen Media Enterprises, LLC (“Fallen Media,” “we,” “us”), 41 W 25th St, 4th Floor, New York, NY 10010. We are responsible for the personal information described here.
The site has no accounts, logins or checkout. We only receive what you choose to send:
Please don’t include sensitive details such as health, financial or government ID information.
Every visit generates standard technical data: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, the site you came from and the time of your visit. Our host, Webflow, processes this to serve and secure the site.

We don’t sell your information for money. We share it only with:
Sharing data with Meta and TikTok for advertising may count as a “sale” or “sharing” under some US state laws, including California’s. You can opt out at any time by choosing “Essential only” in your cookie settings.
Cookies. Visitors in the UK, EEA and Switzerland are asked before any analytics or advertising cookies are used. Everyone can switch them off at any time in cookie settings. Choosing “Essential only” also removes cookies these tools have already set. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as an opt-out and keep these tools off unless you turn them on yourself.
Your information. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or get a copy of your personal information, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to withdraw consent. Email hello@fallenmedia.com and we’ll respond within the time the law requires. We won’t treat you differently for making a request. If you’re in the UK or EEA, you can also complain to your local data protection authority.
We keep form submissions and emails, including pitches, on an ongoing basis so we have a record of who we’ve spoken to and what we’ve been sent. We don’t routinely delete them, but you can ask us to delete yours at any time by emailing hello@fallenmedia.com. Analytics and advertising data is kept according to each provider’s retention settings.
We’re based in the United States, and our service providers may process data in the US and elsewhere. Where the law requires it, transfers from the UK, EEA and Switzerland rely on recognized safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
The site is served over HTTPS, and we limit who can access submissions. No system is completely secure, so we can’t guarantee absolute security.
This site isn’t directed to children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information. If you think a child has sent us personal information, email us and we’ll delete it.
If we change this policy, we’ll update the date at the top. Significant changes will be flagged on the site.
